Convenient Location and Parking:
Reset Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation is conveniently located at South State Street and Congress Parkway, in the Chicago Loop. There is street parking, located on Harrison Street, Wabash Avenue, or Balboa Avenue. There are also several parking lots in the neighborhood, that have short-term parking available.

The staff at Reset wants to give each patient the luxury of our undivided attention during their treatments! We schedule staff and support services accordingly, to ensure adequate time to perform the treatment(s), discuss expectations and aftercare instructions, and answer any of your questions.

For this reason, Reset requests that you provide us with 24-hour notice if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, A credit card is required to book appointments. The card on file does not need to be the card used for in-office transactions. However, if a patient misses their scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to apply a $50 “no show or late cancellation” fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. The $50 fee can be applied to later purchases at Reset Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation.

Reset’s Refund Policy
We work hard so you can look great! The staff at Reset wants you to be satisfied with your service, and that’s why we urge patients to keep us updated on their aesthetic progress. Please, do not hesitate to call or e-mail the office with any questions, concerns, or compliments related to your purchased services and/or products.

Because we care about your results just as much as you do, we’ll do our best to remedy any situation. However, because each service requires our expertise, time, and effort, as well as various supplies, we do have a strict refund policy. We will gladly refund services for in-office credit. Any exceptions to this policy are handled exclusively by our office manager. We appreciate your understanding!
