Jeffrey Barra, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Jeffrey Barra, a native of Lock Port, Illinois graduated from Illinois Benedictine College with bachelors degree in Health Sciences. He then attended The Chicago Medical School and completed a residency in Family Practice medicine at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine in Peoria. Dr. Barra is board certified in Family Practice and has been practicing medicine for 12 years. He has a keen interest in dermatology and has additional training in lasers and injectables.
Clare Spahr, PA-C | Physician Assistant
Clare Spahr is Reset Tattoo Removal & Skin Rejuvenation MedSpa’s Physician Assistant, specializing in laser tattoo removal and injectable services. Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Clare completed her undergraduate studies at Illinois State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. She then moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she attended Arcadia University’s Physician Assistant Program. She completed rotations in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine. Following graduation she worked as a PA for an ENT/Head and Neck surgery practice. Aside from her clinical training, Clare has attended numerous professional trainings and conferences on the various aesthetic procedures offered here at Reset. She loves spending time with her patients, and her passion in the field is listening and interacting with patients to help them achieve their personal aesthetic goals. When she’s not working Clare enjoys traveling, exploring Chicago, and, of course, spending time with her family, friends and her dogs!
Kelsey Hake, Licensed Esthetician | Office Manager
Kelsey has over 12 years of laser experience and 15 years of skin therapy and excels in cosmetic medicine. She gives each client an individualized, professional treatment plan to meet their specific needs. Kelsey suffered from acne at an early age, and understands the transformation that can result when you help patients. Using advanced techniques in skin therapy, she knows the proper way to prep, repair, and transform the skin; whether treating medical skin problems or just clearing debris from the skin. With education and experience from working for and with some of the top-rated plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the country, she brings with each service a customized skill to ensure each patient receives the very best results.
