Convenient Parking
We offer discount parking with our services in a lot adjacent to our building. Please contact our office for information on discount parking. Many clients find street parking on Harrison or Balboa between Wabash and State Street. They use their ParkChicago app on their mobile device.

Reset Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation provides services at convenient times. We offer appointments to fit every schedule. We will help you relax at any time of the day. We make evening and Saturday appointments too!
Appointment Times
Our staff and facilities are reserved for you during your appointment. Please arrive prior to the start of your appointment to ensure we can begin your treatment at the appointed time.
For your first appointment at Reset, please arrive about 20 minutes early to complete your intake forms and relax.
Tips For Booking Appointments
- Do you have an unpredictable schedule? We can put you on our “on call” list to fit you in when you find some free time.
- Free in the afternoons? Tuesday and Wednesday appointments are now available. Call us at+1 (910) 565 9616 to reserve your special time or request an appointment on-line.
- Need a series of treatments? Most of our clients schedule their series in advance to ensure they get the appointment dates and times that work for their schedules.
Cancellations
The staff at Reset wants to give each patient the luxury of our undivided attention during their treatments! We schedule staff and support services accordingly, to ensure adequate time to perform the treatment(s), discuss expectations and aftercare instructions, and answer any of your questions. For this reason, Reset requests that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A credit card is required to book appointments. The card on file does not necessarily need to be the card used for in-office transactions. However, if a patient misses their scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, we reserve the right to apply a $50 “no show or late cancellation” fee, which will be charged to the card on file. The $50 fee can be applied to later purchases at Reset Tattoo Removal and Skin Rejuvenation.

Reset’s Refund Policy
We work hard, so you can look great! The staff at Reset wants you to be satisfied with your service, and that’s why urge we patients to keep us updated on their aesthetic progress. Please, do not hesitate to call or email the office with any questions, concerns, or compliments related to your services and/or products. Because we care about your results just as much as you do, we’ll do our best to remedy any situation. However, because each service requires our expertise, time and effort, as well as various supplies, we do have a strict refund policy. We will gladly refund services for in-office credit. Any exceptions to this policy are handled exclusively by our office manager. We appreciate your understanding!
Children/Minors
We offer services to minors. We require written authorization from their guardian and we must require that the child’s guardian be present during treatment. We may also require a note from the child’s physician.
Cell Phone Use
Please turn cell phones off or place them on vibrate while in the Reset office. If you must make a call, please step into the vestibule or out of doors to complete your call.
